Safety Standards – Protection Against CSAE

What is CSAE?

CSAE refers to any content, activity, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (anyone under 18), including:

• Sharing, requesting, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Any sexual content involving minors (under 18), including content that is explicit, suggestive, or intended to sexualize a minor.
• Grooming or building trust with a minor for sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion, coercion, or manipulation to obtain explicit content from a minor.
• Trafficking, exploitation, or any attempt to facilitate exploitation of minors.

Our Commitment

We take the following actions to prevent CSAE on our platform:

• Strict enforcement – We remove CSAE/CSAM content immediately and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy.
• Reporting and review – We provide in-app tools to report content and behavior; reports are reviewed promptly by trained staff.
• Proactive safety measures – We use a combination of automated signals and human review to detect and prevent violations.
• Legal compliance – We comply with applicable child protection laws and regulations.
• Cooperation with authorities – Where required, we cooperate with relevant authorities and may report CSAE/CSAM incidents to appropriate organizations and law enforcement.

Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter CSAE content or behavior, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting feature. You may also contact our child safety team at techlead@goldenowl.asia.

We treat reports involving minors with urgency. Content that violates this policy may be removed, accounts may be restricted or banned, and we may preserve relevant information as required by law to support investigations.
